A nature-lovers wonderland in its own right Aireys Inlet is also the perfectly located base to explore the greater Surf Coast region, the Great Ocean Road and the Otways.

Buy Local
The Aireys General Store also offers a range of local quality food and drinks to stock up your pantry on the weekend.
If you’re a sucker for a good craft market, the Aireys Market is an opportunity to support local artists. It runs on selected Sundays from 9am -1pm at Aireys Inlet Community Hall throughout the year. Check their website for details.
Visit us for a G&T or a cocktail
Our Great Ocean Road Gin Tasting room is the perfect place to sink a G&T or gin cocktail. Surrounded by shady trees, colourful pillows, and a bright blue bar, our space reflects the surfy spirit of the Great Ocean Road.
Our award-winning gin features local botanicals with a hint of citrus, many handpicked from the area.
Explore Split Point Lighthouse
No trip to Aireys Inlet is complete without visiting Split Point Lighthouse. At 34 metres tall, it has spectacular views of the coast with boardwalks that extend onto its rocky cliffs.
Tours run on the hour from 11am – 2pm, so you can climb the original timber staircase and see the breath-taking views from above. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head to the Lighthouse Tearooms for Devonshire tea with freshly baked scones.
Exploring Aireys - Nature walks
Sometimes the best way to see the Great Ocean Road is by foot.
There are so amazing bush and beach walks for you to explore.
If you’re visiting in winter, keep an eye out for dorsal fins and tail flukes because Aireys Inlet is a great place to spot whales.
A foodie destination
From a la Grecque to our very own Gin Kitchen, Aireys Inlet is full of great places to eat.
The Aireys Pub has its own brewery on site if you want to try a beer paddle or a glass of their craft beers including crisp pilsners and seasonal lagers that go down nicely with parma.
The Captain of Aireys has the best wood fired pizzas in town, so check them out.
There are fabulous cafes for brekkie or lunch too including Onda Food House & Mr T & Me.
Have a hit of golf - Great Ocean Road Mini Golf
Looking to spend some quality time with the kids. Head to Great Ocean Road Mini Golf to play a round or 2 of mini golf with each hole featuring a replica of the region’s most iconic landmarks including the 12 Apostles, Split Point Lighthouse and the Great Ocean Road Arch.
